agree with和agree to的区别有：

一、意思不同

agree with表示同意某人或某人的意见、想法、分析、解释等 (即持同一观点)；表示“ (食物、天气、工作等)对…适宜”；表示“与…一致”。

agree to主要用来表示一方提出一项建议、安排、计划等，另一方同意协作。

二、后接宾语不同

agree with作“适宜”时，主语多为表示气候、环境、食物等方面的名词，宾语多为人。

agree to后的宾语主要是arrangement、conditions、plan、proposals、suggestions、terms等。

用agree with造句示例：

I don't agree with you. 我不同意你的意见。

They agreed with this idea. 他们同意这个想法。

I agree with what you say. 我同意你说的。

I agree with you without reservation．我毫无保留地同意你的意见。

用agree to造句示例：

The manager agreed to my plan.经理同意了我的计划。

We agreed to meet at the school gate.我们同意在校门口碰面。

She agreed to marriage. 她同意结婚。

I was forced to agree to it, but at heart I didn't quite agree with it. 我被迫答应，但内心并不完全同意。
